I agree too that the coat is gorgeous, but so is the whole advertisement, the setting and such a lovely, bit of descriptive writing, which one never sees in ads these days…where has the romance gone in the world?
Adore that coat–would have bought it in 1968! I have a chocolate brown with white trim, a-line dress and double-breasted coat, by the same designer—my”going-away outfit” in 1968! Anyone interested?
