I was moved to scan this partly because I have just listed a beautiful Janice Wainwright for Simon Massey halter neck dress in silver lurex (presumably from the same collection) over at Vintage-a-Peel. And partly because it’s just a beautiful pair of images – particularly the deliciously creepy mermaid doll. Brrrr.

So i have been given a janice Wainwright for golden charm outfit by my Nanna. I believe it’s called the restaurant pajama…i can’t find any info on this particular outfit or style anywhere. I wondered if you could shed some light on it. Its an amazing outfit, just not something i can see myself wearing and its too beautiful to sit in my wardrobe…perhaps someone who collects her designs etc? Many thanks x
