In Deauville and on the Cap d'Antibes, beach pajamas were the thing. Now trousers go everywhere. Ken Scott's white crêpe trouser suit, single breasted over wide pants with turn-ups; to order at Fortnum & Mason. Graham Smith's white buckled turban; £21 18s at Fortnum & Mason.
