As an Advertising Photographer myself, I can recognise a great image, and this is !
IF ONLY…… contemporary Dents Gloves were half as interesting, made such a bold statement, and were as creatively funky, as the original period ones !!!!!!
Indeed, I’m pretty sure Mrs Peel’s gloves were by Dents!
What is even more impressive is that this image was created ‘in camera’ , in other words what the camera saw is what it recorded…….Oh !…the halcyon days before Photoshop made Creativity the province of ‘anoraks’.
Well, the title woke me up that’s for sure!
